Valkey-swift is a new client library for Valkey, the in memory database. This talk will provide you with an introduction to both Valkey and the valkey-swift client. You will learn how Valkey is so much more than just a key/value datastore and how the valkey-swift client gives you access to some of Valkey's more advanced features.

Adam Fowler is a former video game developer who now works in open source, primarily building server based libraries using Swift. Adam is a member of the SSWG (Swift Server Workgroup) and maintains a number of key libraries in the swift server ecosystem including the web framework Hummingbird and Soto the unofficial Swift SDK for AWS.
In his spare time he enjoys cycling, photography and eating out.
